Our Consistory is the body within the church which sets the governing standards by which the church is run. The Consistory consists of six (6) elders (the spiritual council), six (6) deacons, the pastor and any other appointed members, such as the church treasurer and the memorials secretary.

SEARCH COMMITTEE UPDATE - Several members of the committee will be attending a worship service at St. Stephens UCC in Baltimore, MD on July 19. The committee will attend the service to hear a prospective candidate for interim pastor.

SUPPLY PASTOR - Chad Weddle has graciously agreed to fill in as Supply Pastor until an interim or regular pastor is found.

NEW CANDLES FOR ALTAR - New oil altar candles have been purchased. These candles will burn longer and will be more cost effective.

PAINT DONATION FOR PARSONAGE - Grace and Frank Cebulski have graciously donated the paint and elbow grease to paint most of the parsonage interior.

COMCAST INTERNET/PHONE SERVICE UPGRADE - Church secretary, Marla Taylor, has been researching contracting with Comcast to supply the church internet and phone service. This service will result in a monthly cost savings over our current services. The Consistory approved a motion to allow Marla to negotiate a deal with Comcast for this service.
